Uplifted Hearts

Life comes with its share of ups and downs, highs and lows, good and bad. It’s life. I’m not minimizing the struggles that we all encounter. Life is real. And personally, I have no desire to be fake and pretend. I am what I am. It is what it is. Like many of you, I can share stories of the pains I have experienced, but that is not where I want to concentrate my energy. I want to share two points today.

1) Celebrate the good times and breathe deep during the times that may not be so wonderful
2) Brighten someone else’s day with a smile, kind word, act of kindness or compliment

Every now and again we all need an encouraging word, someone to uplift our heart. Words of affirmation can make a difference in the life of another human being and turn a bad day into a bearable or GREAT day. Try it out. Test the theory. I have first hand experience that crossing the path of the right person, at the right time can make all the difference in the world. Those kind words help change the outcome. I believe with my whole heart that divine authority places us on the path to meet and exchange a word of encouragement with those in need. Our hearts need to be uplifted. And I will be forever grateful to those known and unknown who have been used as a tool to uplift my soul and spirit. Because of those many acts of kindness, I am on a mission to uplift the hearts of those with whom I come in contact. Join me? Make a difference. #impact
